We can offer you a full package from development to shipment coordinating sample development, interpreting design briefs, translating design instructions, checking arrival and colors, following up on production with weekly report and assisting with export documentation or we can manage production only either on a week to week basis sending weekly reports or on a final inspection basis.

Sourcing
We will locate the best possible manufacturer in your product line taking into account all of your necessities including price, quantity and lead time
Correct Documentation
All documentation are carefully checked for errors to avoid any unnecessary delays on arrival. We work in close co-ordination with the customs agents in order to ensure quick processing of documents
Packing & Labelling
We make sure the garments leave Peru packed according to the clients specifications whether in pre-packs or not, and that garments are correctly labelled so as to avoid problems in customs on arrival.
Production Surveillance
Our specially trained team of full time quality controllers monitor production from start to finish. Once production has started we will send you weekly updates, and consult with you on any possible problems.
Quality Control
This begins with approval of the raw materials and approval of accessories and continues throughout the entire production process. We have a trained team of inspectors who will send weekly reports during production advising of the advances and any problems detected and who perform a very thorough final inspection inmediately prior to shipment and oversee any reprocessing that needs to be done.
Sampling
We will make sure the sample produced is in accordance with all your instructions, and that these have been correctly translated.
